Slightly salty and sweet, this healthful snack is so tasty that you can’t stop eating!!
Makes : 250 g
250g dried sunflower seeds
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon small pieces of jaggery
1. Dry-roast the sunflower seeds over medium heat, until they change their color slightly.
2. Lower the heat. Add the salt and jaggery and mix until the jaggery melts and blends with the seeds.
3. Remove from the heat immediately and transfer to a plate to cool to room temperature.
4. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. This can be stored for up to a week.
