3 tablespoons small pieces of jaggery
3 tablespoons grated fresh coconut
A pinch of green ground cardamoms
4 tablespoons beaten rice (poha)
¾ cup/175ml plain yoghurt, chilled
An assortment of chilled fruits like banana, pomegranate, dried or fresh cranberries, and blueberries
1. Combine the jaggery, coconut and ground cardamoms in a bowl. Add the beaten rice and mix well.
2. Divide the yoghurt into 2 tall glasses.
3. Divide and put the beaten rice mixture on the yoghurt in the 2 glasses.
4. Finally, divide and add the fruits on top of the beaten rice in the 2 glasses.
5. Serve immediately.
