Egg and Avocado Wrap

Enjoy this healthful flavour-packed wrap as a tasty breakfast or light lunch.




4 medium eggs, hardboiled, peeled and coarsely chopped

2 medium avocados, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 medium tomato, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Freshly squeezed lime juice to taste

Salt to taste

Freshly ground black peppercorns to taste

8 tortillas (or chapathis) to serve


  1. Place all the ingredients except the tortillas in a bowl and gently toss to combine.
  2.  Warm the tortillas. Divide and place the mixture on each tortilla, fold the tortilla around the mixture, and serve immediately.
