Pineapple Salad

This healthful salad is traditionally considered to be a natural cough remedy and to help improve digestion.


Serves 4
3 cups bite-sized pieces of pineapple
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
2 teaspoons ground black peppercorns, or to taste
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Freshly squeezed lime juice to taste

1. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss to combine.

2. Serve immediately.
