It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. People around the world consume it as an herbal health drink, or as a very effective medicine that lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, boosts immune system, improves digestion, treats urinary tract infections, relieves cold and cough symptoms, and improves skin tone and complexion.
This drink is very easy to prepare and has a delicious sweet-and-sour flavour. You may serve it hot or cold. When served hot, it is known as “Roselle Tea”!
