I was given this book, after my 30 years visit back to Mangalore. Whilst I have tried and relished most world cuisine, due to lack of knowledge, my own cuisine was forgotten.Upon receiving this book, I could try some recipes which I ate as child. Annapoorna precise instruction and good measures helped me rediscover just the forgotten delicious food. Thank you Annapoorna for such a wonderful book.

My cooking skills were limited to maggi and fried egg. I didnt know to cook, let alone make bfast. I found this book at a time when I needed to focus on eating a healthy bfast. Thank God for this book, we now have amazing varieties of dishes for bfast. Thank you Annapoorna for this hard work.
